Here at Bentley portraits we try to be as accommodating as possible with our clients. A lovely lady by the name of Kate had graduated with a Law Degree and wanted John to take the pictures to commemorate the event.
The only time she and her family were free together was a Wednesday evening so that’s when we took the pictures. She came with her mum and nanna, who by the way took quite a shine to our John 😉
Kate brought her cap, gown and the Degree in a frame to be included in the shoot. We set up a plinth with a piece of blue fabric to cover it. The Degree was placed on top along with a flashing badge bought by a friend of Kate’s.
After a few shots The Bexster noticed Kate’s wonderful shoes and it was decided that they needed to be more clearly in a picture! If you go across to our Facebook page you will see the result.
Pictures with mum and nanna were shot separately then as a group. The camera is tethered to our computer so pictures can be assessed and then chosen or rejected at the end of the session.
Unfortunately we ran a little over schedule and nanna was a little late for her usual bedtime but all was forgiven as everyone agreed that the experience was worth it.
Pictures have since been selected and are being processed as we post this.
